Norwegian Cruise Line® (NCL) celebrates the arrival of the Norwegian Aqua at its new homeport in Miami, kicking off its winter season with Caribbean itineraries that include a stop at the company's private island, Great Stirrup Cay.
Following its first season of Bermuda cruises from New York, Norwegian Aqua will offer travelers the opportunity to enjoy a variety of sun-filled and fun-filled Caribbean and Bahamas itineraries from Miami through April 2026.
From now until April 2026, the Norwegian Aqua will offer seven-day, round-trip itineraries from Miami, the cruise capital of the world.

From now until April 2026, the Norwegian Aqua will sail seven-day Caribbean cruises from Miami to several island paradises, including Puerto Plata (Dominican Republic), St. Thomas (U.S. Virgin Islands), Tortola (British Virgin Islands) and Great Stirrup Cay, which by the end of 2025 will feature a new pier, a 2,600 m² heated pool with swim-up bars and a children's water zone, ideal for adventurers of all ages.
The Norwegian Aqua will return to Miami from October 2026 to April 2027 to sail Eastern and Western Caribbean itineraries, with stops at Great Stirrup Cay, where guests can enjoy the new Great Tides water park, a nearly 2.5-hectare space that will debut in the summer of 2026.
At 10% larger and with greater capacity than its sister ships Norwegian Prima® and Norwegian Viva®, the Norwegian Aqua offers activities and experiences for all ages. The ship features the longest and fastest slides at sea, the Aqua Slidecoaster, the world's first hybrid water coaster that propels passengers through two unique rides across three decks. It also boasts the Glow Court, an interactive digital sports complex with an LED floor that transforms into a nightclub at night, and the Aqua Game Zone, a family-friendly play area with virtual reality experiences and classics like Ms. Pac-Man, Mario Bros., and Duck Pin Bowling.
Active travelers will enjoy spaces like The Stadium, the outdoor activity complex; The Drop, a 10-story dry slide; and the Bull's Eye Bar, where you can play interactive darts while enjoying a cocktail or beer.
Those seeking relaxation will find experiences like the adults-only Vibe Beach Club, with spacious sun loungers and cabanas overlooking the sea. The Mandara Spa and Salon offers rejuvenating treatments, saunas, and wellness services. The main pool deck features comfortable daybeds perfect for soaking up the warm Caribbean sun.
With 17 restaurants and 18 bars and lounges, passengers can enjoy a wide range of dining options. Onboard entertainment highlights include “Revolution: A Celebration of Prince,” a tribute to the legendary artist, and “Elements: The World Expanded,” a breathtaking production that combines acrobatics, magic, and the four elements—earth, air, fire, and water—along with interactive experiences like “The Price is Right LIVE.”.
