Silversea has appointed Carol Cabezas as Senior Vice President of Global Sales (SVP), effective October 14. In her new role, Carol will lead the company's sales organization, including customer and travel sales, call centers, and e-commerce.
With over 25 years of leadership experience, Carol returns to Royal Caribbean Group, having held various positions in sales, finance, revenue management, and investor relations. She also served as president of Azamara, leading the company's sale from within Royal Caribbean Group.
Carol will report directly to Silversea Chairman Bert Hernandez and will oversee market sales leaders and e-commerce teams.
