In 2026, Disney Cruise Line will significantly expand its global presence with more routes, additional ships, and a diverse program that will include destinations in Europe, Alaska, the Caribbean, Asia, and more. With a fleet reaching eight ships and plans to expand to thirteen in the coming years, the company continues its commitment to providing quality family experiences at sea.
Europe: Disney Dream returns to the Mediterranean and Northern Europe
The Disney Dream will return to Europe and begin its season with a 14-night transatlantic voyage from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, to Barcelona, Spain. From there, it will operate itineraries of between seven and twelve nights in the Western and Eastern Mediterranean, departing from Barcelona or Civitavecchia (Rome).
The itineraries will include stops on the Greek islands of Santorini, Mykonos, and Rhodes, as well as visits to destinations in Spain, France, Croatia, and Malta. Later, the Disney Dream will expand its itineraries to Northern Europe, with visits to the Netherlands, Norway, Belgium, and the United Kingdom.
One of the most notable new features is the inclusion of Cagliari, on the Italian island of Sardinia, as a new port on the Mediterranean route.
To close out the season, the Disney Dream will operate three, four and seven night routes from Southampton (United Kingdom), with destinations in Northern Europe, including Olden (Norway), Copenhagen (Denmark) and Portland (United Kingdom).
Two ships will sail in Alaska
For the first time, Disney Cruise Line will have two ships sailing simultaneously in Alaska: the Disney Magic and the Disney Wonder. Both will depart from Vancouver, Canada, and offer seven-night itineraries with stops in Skagway, Juneau, and Ketchikan.
Highlights include a cruise to Dawes Glacier. The Disney Magic will also include stops at Icy Strait Point, known for its wildlife and opportunities for spotting local animals.
Caribbean and Bahamas from Florida with departures from Port Canaveral
Three ships — the Disney Wish, the Disney Fantasy , and the Disney Treasure— will be based at Port Canaveral during the summer season.
- The Disney Wish will operate short three- and four-night cruises to the Bahamas.
- The Disney Fantasy will offer four- and five-night itineraries, in addition to a special 10-night voyage to the southern Caribbean.
- The Disney Treasure, new to the fleet, will sail seven-night cruises through the Eastern and Western Caribbean, with stops in destinations such as Tortola (British Virgin Islands), Saint Thomas, Falmouth (Jamaica), Cozumel (Mexico), Grand Cayman and the private island Disney Castaway Cay.
New routes from Fort Lauderdale: Disney Destiny debuts
Starting in November 2025, the new Disney Destiny will begin operating from Fort Lauderdale and will offer four- and five-night itineraries through the Bahamas and the Western Caribbean, with stops in Nassau, Disney Castaway Cay and Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point, the company's new private island.
Two special seven-night itineraries are also planned, exploring the Eastern and Western Caribbean.
Disney Destiny will have a "Heroes and Villains" theme and will feature experiences inspired by characters from movies such as The Lion King, Hercules and 101 Dalmatians.
Disney Cruise Line's private islands
Caribbean itineraries include stops at Disney's two private islands:
- Disney Castaway Cay offers family-friendly beaches, adults-only areas, water sports and organized activities, plus infrastructure designed to provide a full day of entertainment and relaxation.
- Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point, opened in 2024, is located on Eleuthera in the Bahamas and blends natural elements with local cultural expressions. It features recreational spaces, arts and dining programs, and separate areas for adults and families.
Asia: Disney Adventure launches from Singapore
The new Disney Adventure, the company's first ship in Asia, will begin operations on December 15, 2025, from the Marina Bay Cruise Centre in Singapore. During 2026, it will offer three- and four-night itineraries through Southeast Asia, with activities tailored to local audiences and new attractions such as the Ironcycle Test Run, original shows, and a diverse culinary offering.
Beyond the destinations, all Disney Cruise Line offer onboard experiences that include live shows, movie screenings, themed dining, character meet-and-greets, kids' and teens' clubs, adults-only spaces, and dining options to suit all tastes.
