Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings, operator and co-owner of Four Seasons Yachts, has secured financing for the construction of a second yacht at the Italian shipyard Fincantieri. Delivery is scheduled for 2027, with maiden voyages planned for 2028, a year later than originally announced.
The order, valued at more than 400 million euros, consolidates the brand's expansion plans in the ultra-luxury cruise segment.
“We are thrilled to expand our fleet with Four Seasons II,” said Donald Mason, Chief Financial Officer of Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings. “This milestone reflects our continued growth and commitment to delivering legendary Four Seasons service at sea.”
In July 2024, the keel-laying ceremony for Four Seasons I, the brand's first yacht, was held in Ancona, Italy. This vessel, with a gross tonnage of 34,000 and a capacity for 190 passengers distributed among 95 residential-style suites (some interconnected both horizontally and vertically), will be delivered in the last quarter of 2025.
