MSC Cruises ' newest World Class ship , MSC World Asia , is now available for booking, offering passengers the chance to experience the art of cruising the Mediterranean from December 2026. MSC World Asia is the cruise line's latest and most innovative LNG-powered World Class ship, following MSC World Europa and the upcoming MSC World America, which will sail the Caribbean from Miami (USA) starting in April.
From December 11, 2026, the ship will offer seven-night itineraries to the most popular destinations in the Western Mediterranean, departing from Barcelona and stopping in Marseille (France), Genoa, Civitavecchia for Rome, Messina (Italy); and Valletta (Malta).
During its first summer season in 2027, MSC World Asia will slightly alter its seven-night itinerary from Barcelona and visit Marseille, Genoa, Naples, Messina and Valletta.
MSC World Asia features subtle design elements that reflect the rich cultural, artistic, and scenic heritage of Asia. It retains the signature plumb bow that rises vertically from the waterline and the iconic Y-shaped stern that opens onto the stunning exterior promenade—hallmarks of MSC Cruises' World Class ships.

Itineraries for MSC World Asia are now available to book, and MSC Voyager's Club members who book before February 4, 2025, will receive 1,000 bonus points, plus onboard credit. They will also benefit from the usual Voyager's Exclusives when booking more than 12 months in advance, including a 5%+5% discount, double membership points once the cruise is booked, and onboard credit thanks to their MSC Voyager's Club Silver status.

The vessel also features an advanced wastewater treatment plant and is equipped with state-of-the-art propulsion pods to reduce noise and minimize the impact on marine life.
