MJM Marine has proudly announced the completion of a landmark project for Aroya Cruises, the refurbishment of the ship, renamed Aroya, which has been officially launched in its home port of Jeddah.
This collaboration represents the complete refurbishment of Aroya Cruises' flagship, most notably the total conversion of the former World Dream into the new Aroya. With a fusion of exquisite culinary offerings, captivating entertainment spaces, and a culturally immersive design, the Aroya sets a new standard of luxury and innovation in the world of cruising.
MJM Marine undertook a comprehensive contract that included the refurbishment of all cabins, the construction of new suites, opulent dining areas, and state-of-the-art entertainment facilities. The transformation also encompassed the creation of the largest retail and children's areas at sea, ensuring that every voyage aboard the Aroya is an unparalleled experience.
From conducting initial surveys and developing the design in Singapore, through onboard work during dry dock in Rotterdam, to its relocation to Bremerhaven, Germany, and finally its commissioning in Jeddah, MJM Marine was actively involved in all stages of this comprehensive refurbishment.
