TUI River Cruises will expand its menu on board its European fleet in 2025 with new and exclusive creations crafted by its talented chefs and bar staff, introducing three new menu options for the summer 2025 voyages.
These culinary innovations were developed as part of TUI River Cruises' internal "Culinary Voyages" competition, where the food and beverage team presented creations inspired by the destinations visited during their river voyages. The new dishes will be featured on the menus of the entire TUI River Cruises fleet.
With variety at the heart of TUI River Cruises, all ships operate on an All-Inclusive to Full Board Plus basis and feature daily changing menus inspired by regional and seasonal products. These menus highlight local flavors and ingredients from the main destinations and ports. Furthermore, the ships offer flexibility with no fixed meal times, allowing passengers to enjoy leisurely lunches or romantic dinners accompanied by music.
The three new delicacies to taste are Zamburiñas alla Passau, inspired by the local restaurants of Passau, Germany, the cocktail “Sisi's Secret”, inspired by the famous Empress of Austria and the classic Austrian dessert “Kaisserchmarrn de TUI River Cruises”.
