The christening ceremony of Mein Schiff Relax , the first newly built ship of the InTUItion Class, will take place on April 9, 2025 in the Port of Malaga.
For the first time, two other ships from the fleet will be present to accompany the new ship as godmothers at the event, the Mein Schiff 5 and the Mein Schiff 7, all headed by Robbie Williams, ambassador of the Mein Schiff Relax.

The Mein Schiff Relax is currently under construction in Monfalcone, Italy, at the Fincantieri shipyard and will enter service in the spring of 2025. “The concept of this ship, with all these wonderful places where you can relax and feel good, is something very special. I’m looking forward to celebrating it with all the guests at the christening ceremony,” said Robbie Williams.
The Mein Schiff Relax's two inaugural voyages begin and end in Palma de Mallorca, visiting Málaga before continuing on to Tangier and Gibraltar. After its christening, the new ship will sail to Barcelona and Valencia before its final stop in the Balearic Islands.
Due to high demand, Mein Schiff Relax christening trips, as well as those on the Mein Schiff 5 and Mein Schiff 7 that will accompany the christening, can only be booked through a digital waiting room via the web or at travel agencies from October 23, 2024.
