TUI Cruises has revealed that its eighth ship in the Mein Schiff fleet will be the first new model in the InTUItion-Class series and will be named “Mein Schiff Relax”.
The Mein Schiff Relax, whose debut is scheduled for March 2025, is the pioneer of two boats that Fincantieri is currently building at its shipyard in Monfalcone.

The ship will offer architecturally stunning amenities and entertainment, elevating the travel experience.
In this context, Wybcke Meier, CEO of TUI Cruises, indicated that communication across various platforms had underscored the importance of the ship's name to its passengers. The vessel also holds special significance for them, as it represents the evolution of everything they stood for over nearly a decade with the new additions to the Mein Schiff fleet.
“Therefore, we have taken the time to carefully consider the ship's name, and it is now clear that the newest addition to the fleet can only be called Mein Schiff Relax. This name perfectly encapsulates what the ship symbolizes: a completely new and improved feeling of well-being,” Meier added.
TUI has scheduled the first Mein Schiff Relax itineraries for March 2025 in the Mediterranean. The inaugural season will be based in Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
