The cuisine on Mein Schiff promises a new way to experience pleasure. A new way to enjoy gastronomy on board.

The restaurants on the eighth ship
In addition to a buffet with a wide culinary selection, there is a Mediterranean and Alpine restaurant, and a steakhouse with a Scandinavian atmosphere.
The main restaurant, with its sit-down service and exquisite multi-course menus, has found a new location on the eighth ship. Featuring an adjoining bar for snacks, it offers a particularly spacious setting and fabulous views. Enjoy lunch and dinner on two decks aft.
And for breakfast you have the option of enjoying it in your seat or putting together your favorite dishes at the Buffet.
The French Bistro, with its typical Parisian café style, will be a new addition to the ship. This included restaurant features traditional French dishes.
Also an additional development: an included Greek restaurant with an outdoor and indoor area, where guests' favorite dishes are served, from gyros to tzatziki and ouzo.
On the other hand, guests from the Mein Schiff fleet are big fans of the first-class Asian cuisine at Tim Raue's Hanami
On the eighth ship you can also expect an exclusive pleasure trip with Tim Raue, Berlin's star chef, but with a new design and a digital virtual reality experience concept.
The Japanese restaurant will combine top-tier Asian cuisine with cutting-edge technology to create a new culinary experience. A digital master of ceremonies will guide you through the menu of Japanese delicacies.
Space-changing projections and soundscapes complete the culinary journey through Eastern cuisine and culture.
After dinner, the restaurant transforms into an extraordinary club where music, lighting, and exclusive cocktails take center stage.
“I’m really looking forward to my team and I being able to pamper the first guests at my new restaurant with the finest Japanese delicacies and digitally transport them to the land of the rising sun,”said Michelin-starred chef Tim Raue.
