In Pointe-à-Pitre, Guadeloupe, guests will explore local markets on guided tours, while the chef shares his expertise in selecting the finest local ingredients, offering insights into how he incorporates these unique flavors into his own culinary creations.
In Antigua, guests can enjoy a unique culinary adventure through the island's flavors, beginning with a private visit to a local herb and vegetable producer. There, they'll meet the farmers and participate in tastings before stopping at a renowned fishing pier specializing in the freshest fish and lobsters on the island.
