Oceania Cruises presents details of its new culinary space, the Crêperie, which will debut on Allura™, its newest ship that will set sail in July 2025.
La Crêperie, located next to Baristas, the company's cafeteria, will offer a selection of tempting French crêpes, Brussels waffles and bubble waffles, along with Italian ice creams, from mid-morning until the afternoon.
Oceania Cruises' Executive Culinary Directors and Master Chefs based in France, Alex Quaretti and Eric Barale, have developed more than 20 recipes for the new restaurant.
“Allura, our eighth small and elegant ship, represents the next step in the evolution of Oceania Cruises and a new way to explore the world. Food is at the heart of everything we do at Oceania Cruises; The Finest Cuisine at Sea® is not just a slogan, it’s a philosophy that drives our entire business,” said Frank A. Del Rio, President of Oceania Cruises. “However, the best doesn’t always mean the most luxurious, and our more relaxed, yet refined, dining spaces, like the new Crêperie aboard Allura, are a perfect example of this. With this addition aboard Allura, our guests have never had more choice about what to eat and when – and of course, all of our onboard dining venues are included for all guests at no extra charge.”
Chef Alex Quaretti added, “We can’t wait for the Allura to join the fleet, and the new Crêperie concept is a fantastic addition to our onboard culinary offerings. Located next to Baristas and just around the corner from the popular Bakery, the new Crêperie completes this sociable and temptingly delicious corner of the ship.”.
Chefs Alex and Eric are finalizing additional menus specifically for Allura, along with other new culinary initiatives that will be launched across the fleet's eight ships next year. More news will be announced in the coming months.
La Crêperie will be the twelfth restaurant aboard Allura, joining:
