In this vein, the head of the Port Authority highlighted the “uniqueness and innate character of the province of Castellón that gives us a value proposition and a differentiating element compared to other major ports” and, in this regard, he assured that “the province of Castellón was born with certain tourist conditions; sea and mountains a few kilometers away, beaches and an unparalleled interior,” Ibáñez stated.
“We have a unique kind of tourism, a tourism of sensations, of feelings; we can walk through an orange grove and end up enjoying a paella, a good wine, or hugging our ancient olive trees. In short, sensations that can only be experienced here.”.
