Norwegian Cruise Line®( NCL), the innovative global cruise company, has put new cruises on sale for its Spring/Summer 2026 season with more itineraries in Northern Europe, the Mediterranean, and the Greek Islands across eight different ships , offering cruisers a variety of sailing lengths and embarkation ports to plan their dream European vacations; plus itineraries in the South Pacific, summer voyages in the Western Caribbean, voyages to Canada and New England for the fall season, among other exciting destinations.
As part of NCL's guest-centric itinerary planning, the company is offering more seven-day European itineraries, many of which include few or no days at sea, allowing travelers to fully immerse themselves in each destination. Some seven- to fourteen-day cruises also feature overnight stays in Reykjavik, Iceland; Copenhagen, Denmark; and Istanbul, Turkey, among other destinations. This season, there are a total of 22 overnight stays in Europe, where cruisers will have the opportunity to enjoy evening dining and nightlife on land.
With 11 unique embarkation ports offering voyages through 10 different European countries, including Helsinki – a new homeport for NCL – the company gives travelers the opportunity to begin and end their European vacation in the destination that best suits their travel plans. Among the new European cruises now on sale, NCL will call for the first time at Portree in Scotland, Leirvik (Stord) in Norway, and Palamós in Spain.

NORTHERN EUROPE
From June to October 2026, the Norwegian Sun will offer a full Baltic season with seven- to ten-day cruises. Guests can embark in Copenhagen, Denmark, or Helsinki and visit a port almost every day, including cities in Norway, Germany, Poland, Lithuania, Sweden, and more. On select nine-day voyages from Helsinki, the Norwegian Sun's itinerary includes an overnight stay in Copenhagen, Denmark, where guests can explore the city's history, visit the famous Nyhavn entertainment district, or stroll along Strøget, one of Europe's longest pedestrian shopping streets.
Norwegian Sky® will begin its second full season in Europe on April 19, 2026, with four unique seven-day voyages to the northern capitals, embarking in Le Havre, France, and Copenhagen, Denmark, with an overnight stay in Hamburg, Germany, and visits to Zeebrugge, Belgium; Tilbury, UK; and Ijmuiden, Netherlands. The cruise line will then offer a series of 10- and 11-day voyages to the British Isles from May through September 2026, with NCL making its debut in Portree, Scotland, on May 17, 2026.
Travelers looking to take advantage of Iceland’s long summer days can embark on one of the Norwegian Star®’s 10- or 11-day Extraordinary Voyages between May and September 2026, departing from Reykjavik, Iceland , or Southampton, UK. These open-ocean voyages allow guests to extend their vacation ashore before or after their cruise. On the May 21, 2026, voyage, NCL will sail to Leirvik (Stord), Norway, for the first time and will revisit the port on select 10-day cruises. Known for its charming harbor, travelers can explore Leirvik’s Sunnhordland Stunet, an open-air museum with several historic courtyards, and much more. The Norwegian Star’s 11-day Iceland cruises also offer a unique opportunity: an overnight stay in Reykjavik, Iceland, allowing travelers more time to explore the wonders of nature.
MEDITERRANEAN AND GREEK ISLANDS
From April 2026 through October 2026, NCL’s newest ship, Norwegian Viva®, will sail nine- and ten-day Western Mediterranean and Greek Islands voyages. To give guests more time in port, select Greek Islands voyages will also include an overnight stay in Istanbul, Turkey, allowing guests to explore the city well into the evening. Perfect for those seeking a warm European getaway, the itineraries include popular cities in Turkey, Malta, Italy, Greece, Montenegro, and Croatia. These exclusive open-ocean cruises offer travelers more embarkation and disembarkation port options, including Barcelona, Venice (Ravenna), Italy, Istanbul, Turkey, and Rome (Civitavecchia), Italy, allowing them to continue their vacation with loved ones ashore.
The new seven-day cruises in the Western Mediterranean include:
● Norwegian Epic®: Offers a wide variety of open ocean itineraries to and from Barcelona, Spain and Rome (Civitavecchia), Italy between May 2026 and October 2026, with stops in Nice/Monaco (Villefranche) and Marseille, France; as well as Messina, Salerno and overnight departures from Livorno, Italy, offering between 10 and 17 hours in port to enjoy a longer day trip to a nearby city such as Florence or Pisa, Italy.
● Norwegian Dawn®: These open-ocean cruises between April 2026 and October 2026 do not offer sea days and embark and disembark in Barcelona and Lisbon, Portugal. Ports of call include late departures from Palma de Mallorca and Ibiza, Spain, allowing more time for guests to enjoy the popular beach clubs on these Mediterranean islands, as well as visits to Portimão, Portugal; Gibraltar; and more.
● Norwegian Gem®: On May 10, 2026, the ship will begin its European season with a sailing from Barcelona, where NCL will make its debut in Palamós, Spain, known for its picturesque hiking trails and beautiful beaches. The Norwegian Gem will also make its first-ever calls in Salerno, Italy, and Nice/Monaco (Villefranche), France. Following this voyage, the ship will embark on a series of cruises to and from Venice (Ravenna) and Rome (Civitavecchia), Italy, with no days at sea, and calls in Greece, Montenegro, and Croatia. Guests will have the opportunity to fully enjoy Dubrovnik, Croatia, as some itineraries offer an overnight departure.
The Norwegian Pearl® 's seven-day Greek Islands cruises , from May 2026 through October 2026, are the ideal cruise for guests looking to island hop through picturesque Greece. Cruisers will have the option to choose from a variety of itineraries with late-night departures to Santorini and Mykonos, Greece, as well as Dubrovnik, Croatia, to fully immerse themselves in the destination and enjoy breathtaking sunsets, evening dining, and much more. Embarkation and disembarkation ports for these voyages alternate between Venice (Ravenna), Italy, and Athens (Piraeus), Greece, giving guests more vacation options.
WESTERN CARIBBEAN, AND CANADA AND NEW ENGLAND
The Norwegian Escape® will offer guests seven-day round-trip Western Caribbean cruises from New Orleans between April 12, 2026, and May 10, 2026, followed by seven-day round-trip cruises from Miami between May 24, 2026, and August 9, 2026. Both itineraries will visit Cozumel and Costa Maya, Mexico; Roatán (Bay Islands), Honduras; and Harvest Caye, NCL's resort destination in southern Belize.
To kick off its fall season, the Norwegian Escape will offer a selection of seven-day round-trip voyages to Canada and New England from New York between August and October 2026. During its August 28, 2026, departure, the ship will call in Boston for the first time, becoming the first Breakaway Plus-class ship to visit the city. The itinerary will take guests to Portland, Maine; Saint John, New Brunswick; and Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, to enjoy the fall scenery and crisp autumn weather.
Immersive Journeys with Norwegian Spirit®
From April 22, 2026, to July 3, 2026, and from September 17, 2026, to November 17, 2026, the Norwegian Spirit® will offer a variety of 11- to 13-day South Pacific voyages with stops in New Caledonia, Fiji, Samoa, French Polynesia, and the Hawaiian Islands. Guests can choose from several embarkation ports, including Sydney, Papeete (French Polynesia), Honolulu, and Lautoka (Fiji), a new embarkation port for the Norwegian Spirit.
For travelers seeking a once-in-a-lifetime cruise experience to explore Alaska and Hawaii, affectionately called NCL's "Fire and Ice" voyages, the Norwegian Spirit will offer four unique 16-day sailings from July 15, 2026, through September 1, 2026. The itineraries feature embarkation in Honolulu or Vancouver, Canada, and visit dream destinations such as the idyllic, warm-weather islands of Kahului (Maui), Hilo, and Nawiliwili (Kauai), Hawaii; as well as the unique, cold-weather cities of Ketchikan, Skagway, and Juneau, Alaska.
