Explora Journeys, the luxury lifestyle brand of the MSC Group, announced today that EXPLORA II will be present at the 2025 FORMULA 1 GRAND PRIX OF MONACO. The newly launched ship in the Explora Journeys fleet will be docked in the heart of Monaco’s famous Port Hercules, offering a prime location throughout race week. The ship will host a series of spectacular events, providing a unique space at the most anticipated race, as well as serving as an elegant and perfect home for its passengers throughout the weekend.
Travelers will be able to enjoy the FORMULA 1® experience, with EXPLORA II docked just 150 meters from the racetrack.
Thus, the ship will be transformed into a luxury boutique hotel at sea during the iconic Monaco Grand Prix. Conveniently located at the far end of the harbor, beyond the F1® Paddock, this unique offering allows passengers to immerse themselves in the excitement of FORMULA 1® and experience the adrenaline rush of the racing action, while enjoying the utmost European luxury and comfort.
Passengers will have the opportunity to enjoy elegant suites and rooms with private oceanfront terraces, eleven unforgettable culinary experiences, unlimited premium drinks, high-speed Wi-Fi via the Starlink network, vibrant entertainment, and an ocean-inspired wellness offering.
