The Fincantieri in Ancona laid the keel of the first Four Seasons yacht, with representatives from Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings and Four Seasons in attendance.
The Four Seasons I, a 207-meter-long, 34,000-ton luxury yacht, will feature 95 spacious suites. Delivery is scheduled for the end of 2025, and it will begin operating in the Caribbean in early 2026.

“This monumental occasion is a celebration of innovation, excellence and our strategic vision to redefine luxury at sea,” said Nadim Ashi, owner and executive chairman of Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings, co-owner/operator of Four Seasons Yachts and founder and CEO of Fort Partners.
“The momentum and enthusiasm of today will undoubtedly continue throughout the rest of the construction process,” he continued, “and we pay tribute to all the artisans who have created this magnificent Four Seasons yacht.”
The yacht is being built at the Fincantieri shipyards in Ancona. The keel-laying ceremony was a significant event, during which three commemorative coins were welded to the yacht's keel. This event was attended by senior executives from Four Seasons and Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings, as well as representatives from Fincantieri.
Sales of the Four Seasons I have been exceptional. Donald Mason, Chief Financial Officer of Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings, expressed his excitement about the completion of this project.
He was Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings' first employee in 2019 and played a pivotal role in drafting the business plan and financial models. Witnessing the keel laying was a "tremendous honor… After working on this for the past five years or more, it was an emotional day for me," he said.
“I feel truly blessed to be working with Four Seasons, the world's finest luxury hotel company, to bring this to fruition. It's a dream come true“.
Three lucky coins were welded into the keel: a 500 Italian lire coin from 1984, commemorating the year Fincantieri became an operating company; a Canadian silver dollar from 1961, marking the year Four Seasons was founded; and a US silver dollar from 2024, representing the establishment of Four Seasons Yachts' base of operations and the start of construction on Four Seasons I.
