Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines will offer three new, shorter voyages aboard the Bolette, as part of its inaugural 106-night world cruise, which will depart in January 2025.

On January 6, travelers can embark from Southampton on the 56-night voyage "Exploring South America and the Pacific Islands." Highlights include exploring the landscapes of Chile, the Moai statues of Easter Island, and Robinson Crusoe Island.
On March 3, the Bolette will set sail on a 29-night “Discover Australia and South Africa” cruise from Sydney, where travelers can encounter wildlife and explore places such as the Opera House, Uluru and the Great Barrier Reef in Australia before arriving at Reunion Island and searching for the Big Five in South Africa.
On the other hand, the 21-night itinerary “Panoramic Views and Diverse Cultures of Africa”, departing from Cape Town on April 1, will take guests to explore the landscapes of the Namib Desert, learn about Senegalese folklore and tribal cultures, and visit the subtropical island of Jamestown, in St. Helena.
Martin Lister, head of itinerary development at Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines, stated: “Our 2025 World Cruise has already proven its popularity, and there are some incredible opportunities to be taken advantage of as the Bolette sails to gems around the globe.”
“These shorter voyages will allow more passengers to share these experiences, as each port offers an incredible glimpse into culture, history, art, or the opportunity to observe native wildlife, such as Magellanic penguins in Chile, quokkas in Australia, and the Big Five in South Africa“.
“Passengers will be able to make the most of their time with us, whether exploring ports of call in more depth with our immersive shore excursions or relaxing on board while our smaller ship enjoys scenic cruises between destinations“.
The trip to Sydney includes a hotel stay after the cruise before flying back to London Heathrow, while the trip from Sydney to South Africa includes a hotel stay before the cruise.
