Ben Bouldin, of Royal Caribbean, will leave his position as vice president for Europe, the Middle East and Africa to take over as president of Royal Caribbean International, China.
In his new role, Bouldin will manage the company's day-to-day operations and oversee the sales, marketing, and commercial teams.
Zinan Liu, current president for the China and North Asia Pacific region, will continue in his role as president of Royal Caribbean International, Asia.
Bouldin joined Royal Caribbean in 2014 as sales director for the UK and Ireland and has held his most recent position since 2020. He and his family will be moving to China in August.
“I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to lead the team in China,” he said. “It’s a significant opportunity for me, both personally and professionally, and I’m honored that Royal Caribbean sees me as the right candidate to lead and grow the business in such a key region for the brand.”
