Windstar Cruises collaborates with Pacific Beachcomber, a luxury operator of seven hotels in French Polynesia, including InterContinental Hotel Group (IHG), Maitai Hotels and The Brando.
One of the distinctive features of this expanded partnership is the addition of two-night stay packages at The Brando, Pacific Beachcomber's exclusive eco-resort on a private island. The Brando boasts only 35 private villas, all situated on white-sand beaches overlooking an eight-kilometer-wide lagoon.
The resort is a celebrity hotspot and is named after the late Marlon Brando, who purchased the atoll in the 1960s. Guests at The Brando can enjoy snorkeling, birdwatching, cultural and archaeological expeditions, and amenities such as the acclaimed Varua Te Ora Polynesian Spa.

Available from May 1, 2024, as a post-cruise add-on, this package is reserved exclusively for guests of the Star Breeze's superior suites: the award-winning Broadmoor and Sea Island Suites, and the Owner's Suites.
The experience includes daily excursions and spa treatments, beach equipment, and much more. Round-trip air transfers to Brando (a 20-minute flight from Papeete, where guests disembark from the cruise ship) are also included.
Since February, Windstar has partnered exclusively with Pacific Beachcomber's InterContinental Tahiti Resort & Spa in Papeete to facilitate stays on the island of Tahiti before and after cruises. The resort has also been added to Windstar's popular Air + Hotel packages from Los Angeles and Seattle.

In Bora Bora, at Pacific Beachcomber's Intercontinental Bora Bora Le Moana, Windstar currently offers an overnight stay in an overwater bungalow as an optional excursion that guests can book mid-cruise when they stay overnight on the island.
Guests simply disembark and are transferred to an overwater bungalow for the night, a wish list item for most visitors to Tahiti.
