P&O Cruises has recorded its best January ever, with record sales volume during the month.
The most popular destinations booked were the Caribbean, the Norwegian fjords, and the Atlantic islands, with the P&O Iona seeing the greatest interest, according to the company. The company also recorded a longer average booking time during this period.
P&O Cruises Chairman Paul Ludlow said : “ The start of this year’s wave has once again exceeded all expectations with record sales indicating renewed confidence in the holiday market and the excellent value for money you get with a P&O Cruises holiday.”
“We are entering 2024 with better reserves, so we are less dependent on the late betting market, which is better for us and better for agents in terms of profit potential.”
