Costa Cruises is innovating with joint growth strategies. In a market encompassing both cruises and tourism, Costa Cruises is taking a step forward with the "Costa Más" project, offering greater added value and personalization to its commercial strategy through three management groups and their affiliated agencies.

In this way, and after months of working together to identify the main attributes of importance and the most current commercial needs, Costa has reached a preferential agreement with the management groups that are aligned with its clear vision of the future.
This initiative demonstrates the ambition for jointly leveraging commercial opportunities, as well as for growth in volume and margin for all parties.
The “Costa Más” project bases its value proposition on five basic pillars of collaboration that range from economic incentives to enhancing the daily relationship at a commercial level.
More than 1100 points of sale belonging to these three groups (AVASA, GEA and NEGO) will be able to benefit from this agreement.
In the words of Jorge Serrano, Commercial Director of Costa Cruises in Spain and Portugal: “We are at a key moment where we want to take advantage of the opportunity to provide even more added value to these chosen agencies, and a differentiating factor as preferred partners that allows us to evolve towards a new model that further supports their professionalism and presents a great opportunity for incremental business.”
For his part, Carlos López Bahillo, CEO of AVASA Travel Group, commented: “Costa Cruises has always been our main partner; we learned how to sell cruises from them. We fully support this pioneering initiative in our market. Technology, added value, and personalization are values we share with Costa Cruises. The cruise sector has fully recovered, and its growth prospects are very promising. AVASA Travel Group is very pleased to be one of those selected.”
Sara Fernández, CEO of GEA , also noted that “ adding GEA agencies to this project represents a business opportunity and provides valuable commercial support that will undoubtedly allow agencies to develop and/or complement COSTA's sales to their clients and personalize their vacations. All the training, marketing, and communication support will contribute to these shared objectives. Likewise , we are very grateful to COSTA for choosing the GEA agency network among its key partners .”
Santos García, CEO of NEGO , added: “ Costa has been our preferred cruise partner for many seasons, and the collaboration between NEGO Travel Advisors and Costa has always been very smooth. Joining this project with enthusiasm means adding significant value to the agreement, personalizing business relationships, aiming for higher returns, and contributing our expertise to manage sales in the cruise industry, which is currently experiencing a resurgence .”
