Iberia held its awards ceremony yesterday for the best agencies and partners at FITUR.
The company has awarded the travel agencies, companies and organizations with which it has worked during the last year to make 2023 definitively the year of recovery.
MSC Cruises has received two awards: one in the category “Best Charter Customer”, which was accepted by Fernando Pacheco, Managing Director of MSC Cruises in Spain; and another in the category “Best Cruise Customer in Europe”, which was accepted by Loredana Giammusso, Corporate Travel and Air Manager of MSC Cruises.
The awards given by Iberia recognize the development of a significant charter operation, reinforcing the presence of cruise customers on the company's regular operations, as well as the historical and solid relationship in European cruises.
Fernando Pacheco, Managing Director of MSC Cruises in Spain, upon receiving the award, declared: “On behalf of MSC Cruises, we are extremely grateful to receive these accolades. For us, these awards are a testament to our ongoing commitment to providing exceptional experiences for our passengers. 2024 will be another successful year for collaboration between the two companies. MSC Cruises has already confirmed that it will offer more than 50,000 Iberia seats connecting Madrid, Malaga, and Valencia with various Italian cities (including Venice, Trieste, and Rome), Hamburg, and Copenhagen. This will bring the MSC Cruises experience to Spanish airports and make travel easier for passengers.
