Norwegian Viva debuts in Puerto Rico

“We are excited to bring the Norwegian Viva to Puerto Rico, giving our guests the opportunity to discover this unique island, so meaningful to us, and some of the most beautiful and culturally rich destinations in the Caribbean.”

“The arrival of Norwegian Viva in San Juan is another milestone in our commitment to providing world-class cruise experiences, and the port-intensive itineraries give our guests the best value for their dream vacation,” said David J. Herrera, President of Norwegian Cruise Line.

In April 2024, Norwegian Viva will set sail on itineraries around the Mediterranean and Greek Islands, giving passengers the opportunity to experience the beauty and culture of Europe.
The Norwegian Viva is the second of six ships in the company's Prima Class and is the sister ship of the Norwegian Prima. Prima Class offerings prioritize the guest experience and raise the bar for cruising with world-class cuisine, the brand's most spacious design to date, and onboard activities, including the Viva Speedway, the three-level racetrack.
The Norwegian Viva features many onboard experiences such as the Indulge Food Hall, a food market with 11 unique restaurants; the fastest waterslides at sea, The Drop and Rush; and NCL's industry-exclusive sustainable cocktail bar, the Metropolitan Bar.
