Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) will feature new itineraries for the fall and winter 2025/26 season.

Norwegian offers travelers a wide variety of itineraries to choose from, as the company sails to 450 destinations around the world, including exotic itineraries with ports in Africa, Asia, South America and the Caribbean, among others.
The voyages are selected to include the most popular and highly rated ports based on customer satisfaction. NCL's itineraries provide travelers with an immersive experience in each destination.
The new season of itineraries includes several ships debuting in new destinations, such as the Norwegian Sun, which is visiting new ports in Asia for the first time, including Kyoto (Kobe), Japan; the Norwegian Viva, which is docking for the first time in Galveston, Texas, for a season of Caribbean cruises; among many others.
Among the most notable features of the new routes are:
ASIA
The Norwegian Sun 's Asia season will begin in Japan on November 3, 2025, on an 11-day free-floating voyage from Tokyo to Incheon, South Korea, with stops in Jeju (Jeju Island), South Korea and Kyoto (Kobe), Japan, as well as stops in several popular Japanese cities, including Nagoya and Osaka.
On November 14, 2025, it will set sail for the first time from Incheon (South Korea) for another 11-day open-hull voyage back to Tokyo with a similar itinerary that includes a stop in Hiroshima (Japan).
From December 2025 to March 2026, the Norwegian Sun will offer a selection of 11- to 15-day cruises sailing through Southeast Asia with several embarkation ports for guests to choose from.
AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND
Travelers looking for immersive itineraries to explore Australia and New Zealand in depth can enjoy Norwegian Spirit 's open itineraries to and from Sydney (Australia) and Auckland (New Zealand) between December 2025 and March 2026.
This cruise will offer itineraries of 11 to 14 days, with stops in ports such as Melbourne (Australia) and Napier and Dunedin (New Zealand). Some cruises will visit the New Zealand fjords (Doubtful Sound, Milford Sound, and Dusky Sound).
AFRICA
NCL has prepared a selection of exotic cruises with a wide variety of ports of call around Africa aboard the Norwegian Dawn from November 2025 to March 2026, with multiple embarkation ports, including Cape Town, South Africa; Port Louis, Mauritius; and Doha, Qatar.
The season begins on November 2, 2025 with a 21-day repositioning cruise from Barcelona (Spain) to Cape Town (South Africa) with stops at popular destinations such as Santa Maria (Cape Verde), Casablanca (Morocco) and Agadir (Morocco).
Due to popular demand for trips departing from and arriving in Cape Town (South Africa) and Port Louis (Mauritius), NCL will offer four 12-day cruises with stops at the popular ports of Antsiranana and Nosy Be (Madagascar), as well as an overnight stay in Richard's Bay (South Africa).
THE CARIBBEAN
The Norwegian Vivawill dock in Galveston, Texas, for the first time from December 2025 to April 2026, following in the footsteps of the Norwegian Prima, which will begin its inaugural season in this city on December 15, 2023.
During the Norwegian Viva's winter season, it will offer its guests seven-day round-trip itineraries through the Western Caribbean to Cozumel and Costa Maya (Mexico), Roatán (Honduras) and Harvest Caye.
On January 10 and January 24, 2026, the Norwegian Viva will sail a 14-day Eastern Caribbean itinerary for cruisers looking for a longer getaway in warm weather.
Between November 2025 and April 2026, the Norwegian Escape will dock in New Orleans offering a series of seven-day round-trip Western Caribbean itineraries.
With its homeport for the second season in La Romana, Dominican Republic, the Norwegian Sky will offer guests a selection of seven-, nine-, and 12-day round-trip itineraries through the Southern Caribbean from December 2025 through April 2026, with stops at a variety of ports including Oranjestad, Aruba; Kralendijk, Bonaire; Willemstad, Curaçao of the ABC islands and more.
During the nine-day voyage on January 5, 2026, the Norwegian Sky will sail to the southwest coast of the Dominican Republic to make its debut in Cabo Rojo.
SOUTH AMERICA
The South American itineraries begin with a transatlantic voyage from Lisbon to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on November 20, 2025, visiting Portugal, Cape Verde, and several cities in Brazil. Following this, the Norwegian Star will embark on a 17-day voyage from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on December 4, 2025, with stops in ports in Argentina, Uruguay, and Chile, and will head toward the South Pole as the ship sails past Paradise Bay and Elephant Island in Antarctica before disembarking in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
From December 21, 2025 to February 15, 2026, guests can also enjoy a 14-day round-trip itinerary from Buenos Aires, Argentina.
PANAMA CANAL
From October 2025 to April 2026, the Norwegian Jade will offer cruises of between 11 and 17 days through the Panama Canal.
The itineraries will offer a variety of embarkation and disembarkation ports, including Miami, New York, Tampa (Florida) and, for the first time on the ship, Callao (Peru).
The Norwegian Jade 's unique 17-day Panama Canal voyage, departing from Callao, Peru, on March 11, 2026, will travel along the west coast of South and Central America, calling at Acajutla, El Salvador; Huatulco, Manzanillo, and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. After 12 port visits and four days at sea, the voyage will disembark in San Diego, California.
