Royal Caribbean 's newest ship , Star of the Seas , will begin sailing in 2025, offering a variety of itineraries from Port Canaveral in Central Florida.
Reservations for the Star will go on sale starting next Friday, December 6, 2023.
The Star of the Seas is scheduled to debut in the summer of 2025, although Royal Caribbean itself has not yet confirmed the exact dates of the new ship's tourist schedules.
The Star of the Seas will be built with the same design as its sister ship, the Icon of the Seas. Including crew capacity, the ship could sail with nearly 10,000 people on board.
However, Royal Caribbean also has an order for a third Icon Class cruise ship, which has a delivery date in 2026. All three ships were ordered before 2020.
