Oceania Cruises will undergo a comprehensive refurbishment of its 1,250-passenger ship, the Oceania Marina, in May 2024.
The renovation will include the addition of three new dining options: Aquamar Kitchen, the new wellness-focused restaurant that debuted at Vista this year; an expanded poolside ice cream parlor serving shakes and smoothies, plus inventive flavors from artisanal ice cream company Humphry Slocombe; and a new casual outdoor trattoria offering sumptuous Italian dishes, including freshly made pizzas.
The Marina is the last of Oceania Cruises' current fleet to be refurbished. The eighth ship, the Allura, will be launched in spring 2025.

One of the culinary additions to the Marina will be Aquamar Kitchen, a new restaurant from Oceania Cruises featuring menus inspired by wellness.
To reflect the wellness-inspired dishes, the drinks menu will feature a selection of award-winning non-alcoholic wines, including Pierre Zero from France, as well as a collection of cocktails made with non-alcoholic spirits from Lyre. Aquamar Kitchen will be open for breakfast and lunch, requires no reservation, and is complimentary for hotel guests.
At night, Waves Grill will transform into an open-air trattoria with freshly made pizzas, Italian specialties, spicy chicken wings, salads, rosemary focaccia with burrata, and desserts.
There will be an all-day ice cream parlor on the pool deck. It will be stocked with favorite flavors, including Humphry Slocombe, as well as milkshakes and smoothies.
In addition to the three new dining options, Marina's private and public spaces will be renovated to showcase a fresh new ambiance. All superior suites will have a refreshed, brighter look and feel more spacious thanks to the new designs. The Polo Grill will also be enhanced with new carpeting, window coverings, and redesigned dining chairs.
The Penthouse Suites will be renovated with custom-made furniture, as well as new closets and cabinets, new carpeting and upholstery, and updated modern lighting.
Each Penthouse Suite will have a redesigned bathroom, featuring Italian marble throughout, ample drawer space, and oversized showers.
Public spaces, including Martinis, Horizons, the Great Hall and the Library, will be updated with new plush carpeting and refreshed upholstery.
The renovated ship will be launched on May 18, 2024.
