MSC Cruises will offer two new Middle Eastern itineraries for the 2023-24 winter season, capitalizing on the region's growing popularity. The company will also offer 80,000 round-trip airline seats as part of its 'Fly&Cruise' program in partnership with leading airlines, bringing winter sunshine to its international passengers.
MSC Virtuosa will offer 17 new 7-night Arabian Gulf voyages departing from Dubai in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to Doha in Qatar, Manama in Bahrain, Abu Dhabi and Sir Bani Yas Island in the UAE, and returning to Dubai. International passengers have the option of choosing from three embarkation ports: Dubai, Doha, and Abu Dhabi. In addition, MSC Virtuosa will also serve as the cruise hotel for the ETIHAD AIRWAYS ABU DHABI FORMULA 1® GRAND PRIX™ taking place from November 24-26.
MSC Opera returns to the region offering 22 different 7-night departures in 2023-24 from Dubai to Abu Dhabi, Sir Bani Yas Island, either Khasab in Oman or Fujairah in the UAE, the Omani capital Muscat and back to Dubai.
MSC Cruises' 'Fly&Cruise' product for the 2023-24 winter itineraries of MSC Virtuosa and MSC Opera offers more than 60,000 round-trip berths available throughout the season from Europe, South America, and Canada to the Gulf region, with direct flights to Dubai (with Emirates) and Doha (with Qatar Airways). For passengers from Spain, convenient direct flights from Madrid and Barcelona are available, allowing them to embark in Doha on MSC Virtuosa and in Dubai on MSC Opera.
MSC Orchestra will operate a new itinerary during the 2023-24 winter season from Safaga, Egypt, with 20 seven-night sailings to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia; Aqaba for Petra, Jordan; Sharm El-Sheikh and Sokhna Port for Cairo, Egypt; and back to Safaga for Luxor. International passengers can embark at Safaga, Jeddah, Sharm El-Sheikh, and Sokhna Port.
The “Fly&Cruise” product for MSC Orchestra ’s Red Sea itineraries will offer more than 20,000 round-trip airline seats throughout the season and will be available from most major European countries with flights to Hurghada, Egypt, for embarkation in Safaga, and connecting flights to Sharm El-Sheikh. From Spain, passengers can fly from Madrid to embark in Sharm El-Sheikh.
