Although summer is entering its final stretch, travel agencies can still make the most of their last-minute deals, as the cruise company Norwegian Cruise Linehas launched a commission bonus initiative on all its 2023 European cruises.
From August 1 to 31, travel agents will receive a bonus commission for every booking made for European cruises in 2023. The bonus amount will depend on the cruise duration and cabin category. Travel agents who sell higher-category cabins will also receive an additional higher commission.
“This is a unique opportunity for agents to expand their revenue by offering NCL voyages in Europe,” says Jürgen Stille, Senior Director of Business Development Europe at Norwegian Cruise Line. “This year’s European rollout is very attractive for both travel agents and their clients: not only are our sailings exciting and diverse, but we also offer our guests great value with many amenities included in the cruise fare and our Free at Sea upgrade program, which includes specialty dining, premium beverages, discounts on shore excursions, and much more.”
Through December 2023, a total of nine ships, including the Norwegian Prima and the Norwegian Viva, the company's first two Prima-class cruise ships, will sail from thirteen homeports in European waters, offering a wide variety of itineraries from 5 to 16 days. Highlights include:
● With a mix of major cities like Amsterdam, the Venice of the North, as well as hidden gems like A Coruña, guests can immerse themselves in the variety of Western European destinations aboard the Norwegian Gem 12-day round-trip cruise from Bilbao, Spain.
● The Norwegian Star will sail to spectacular landscapes, rich cultures and historical treasures during a 14-day itinerary from Tromsø, Norway, to Reykjavik, Iceland, following in the footsteps of the Vikings.
