Total passenger traffic at the ports comprising the state-owned system continues to grow at a very good pace. In the first half of 2023, the number of cruise passengers arriving at our ports was 4.94 million, representing an 87.1% increase compared to the same period in 2022; as for passengers on regular ferry services, the increase was 21.2%, reaching 10.7 million, due to the start of Operation Crossing the Strait.

These figures confirm the complete recovery of passenger traffic after the pandemic, even surpassing the record figures of 2019 when in the same period the figure was 4.7 million cruise passengers.
