MSC Cruises presents a new and improved “Future Cruise Consultant Program”. It has been designed to benefit travel agencies and the company's customers when a client who has used an agency to organize their holiday at sea books their next cruise while on board.
The original agents will receive the full commission for any new booking made on board an MSC Cruises ship, and according to the company, the new plan will allow agencies' resources to be better allocated and will provide funds to foster new opportunities and customers.
New features of the program for passengers include a reduced “onboard deposit” starting from 100 euros per person for their next cruise, greater flexibility to allow a booking to be modified to suit the customer's needs before final payment, and an extended “best price guaranteed” period.
The benefits of the company's current "Future Cruise Consultant Program" will remain in place. These include onboard credits for a customer's next cruise; double points for the company's loyalty program, MSC Voyagers Club; the ability to combine market offers with the rewards program; and the option for passengers to choose from the finest selection of cabins and suites.

Passengers on board MSC Cruises ships have access to information and the best offers through their dedicated Future Cruise Consultancy teams. Each new booking will generate a booking confirmation email to an agent to help them continue managing the relationship with their customers when they return home after their cruise.
