New wine collection on Oceania Cruises

Oceania Cruises has launched a new wine collection across its fleet, complementing its high-quality dining experiences. The line's new selection of premium wines and vintages will be featured for the first time on menus across the fleet. With 80 new labels from Italy, France, South America, and other countries, this global collection is sure to impress wine connoisseurs.

Among the highlights of the new collection are rare varieties such as the classic Moët & Chandon Cuvée Dom Pérignon from Epernay, France; the renowned Château Mouton Rothschild, 1er Cru Classe from Pauillac, France; the elegant Ornellaia “Super Tuscan” from Bolgheri Superiore, Tuscany, Italy; the hard-to-find Mascot from Napa Valley, California; and the recently popular Viña Errázuriz Kai Carmenère from Aconcagua Valley, Chile. Guests can sample these new labels and others in all the restaurants, bars, and suites across the seven ships, with bottles available in various sizes, from half-bottles to magnums.

“As we continue to expand our world-class wine program and onboard experiences, we are privileged to have the expert knowledge of our superior culinary team who are actively collaborating and seeking out new products in the global food and beverage scene,” said Frank A. Del Rio, President of Oceania Cruises.

Complementing its new wine collection and building on the popularity of its carefully curated, exclusive wine-pairing dinners on its 1,200-guest ships Marina, Riviera, and Vista—the world’s only cruise ships designed specifically for foodies by foodies—Oceania Cruises has also launched three new dining experiences and five new pairing menus on its newest ship, Vista. Inspired by the new collection, guests now have the opportunity to join the head sommelier and team for an exclusive two-hour Cellar’s Wine Luncheon at Ember, the newest restaurant in the fleet. This hand-curated tasting takes guests on a bespoke gastronomic journey into the culinary world of food and wine, with a five-course menu where each course is perfectly and intentionally paired with a different premium wine. New this year, Vista has added private dining rooms for eight people at its iconic Polo Grill and Toscana restaurants, each offering two enticing new menus featuring a specially curated selection of gourmet dishes paired with premium wines by the onboard culinary team. With only eight guests per evening, groups can choose from the Polo Classic Menu, the Polo Premium Menu, the Toscana Classic Menu, or the Toscana Premium Menu.
