Icon will of the Seas feature a new range of dining experiences designed for every type of family and cruise passenger starting in January 2024.
From restaurants to casual and upscale takeout counters, with live music and chefs putting on shows. There are new spaces like the exclusive Empire Supper Club, an elegant and luxurious eight-course experience; AquaDome Market, Royal Caribbean's first food hall ; and Izumi in the Park, an all-day option with fresh sushi and more.

We designed Icon of the Seas to offer all our guests, regardless of their tastes, age, or mood, a variety of ways they can create special moments every day during their vacation,” said Linken D’Souza, Vice President of Food and Beverage at Royal Caribbean International. “Whether cruisers want to continue enjoying their favorites, like chicken tenders for the little ones, or try new flavors every night, more than 20 experiences across Icon’s eight neighborhoods make it possible, now more than ever.”
Elevated Dining Experiences
- Empire Supper Club: Located near Central Park, it offers a New York-themed night out experience. And, to add to the realism, it features an eight-course menu of top-notch American cuisine.
- Celebration Table: Along with AquaDome's panoramic ocean views, guests can choose from exclusive American, Italian, Asian, and seafood menus.
- Returning favorites: The good times continue at exclusive spots like Chops Grille, Central Park's American steakhouse, and Trellis Bar, with its tapas offerings; Dining Room, where three levels are combined with three routes; Hooked Seafood at AquaDome; Giovanni's Italian Kitchen & Bar, new on Royal Promenade; Coastal Kitchen, now with two levels, in the suite neighborhood; and the exclusive Chef's Table experience.
Places for a quick bite include: AquaDome Market, with five different stalls; The Pearl Cafe; Basecamp, with a new smoothie and cocktail bar; and The Grove, for Mediterranean food; among many others.
The selection of classic and new favorites adds to the bars and nightlife that will be part of the Icon, including family-friendly spots like The Lemon Post in Surfside, with an adult and a children's menu; and Dueling Pianos in Royal Promenade, the cruise line's first dueling piano bar.
Beginning in January 2024, Icon of the Seas will sail 7-night Eastern and Western Caribbean cruises from Miami year-round, visiting destinations such as the award-winning Perfect Day at CocoCay, Bahamas; Philipsburg, St. Maarten; Cozumel, Mexico; and Roatán, Honduras.
