Oceania Cruises, the destination-focused culinary cruise line, is partnering with multi-award-winning whisky brand Chapter 7 to create a 20-year-old whisky barrel to celebrate the launch of its newest ship, Vista, and the brand's 20th anniversary.
304 bottles of the whisky will be raffled off, which can be purchased by guests sailing aboard the Vista during its inaugural season this summer.

This partnership is part of a long-term collaboration with Oceania Cruises and the cruise retail market leader Harding+.
“We are excited about the immersive approach that Harding+ and Chapter 7 are bringing to the Vista and our ongoing 20th anniversary celebrations,” said Frank A. Del Rio, President of Oceania Cruises.
Sebastian Harding, Chief Operating Officer of Chapter 7 Whisky, added: “We are honored to bring our special 20-year cask to such a special occasion for Oceania Cruises.”
The ship, with a capacity for 1,200 passengers, is aimed at travelers knowledgeable about gastronomy and wine, and Harding+'s quaternary working model balances the cruise profile with the needs of the guests, the suitability and knowledge of the brand.

Paul Cunningham, Director of Purchasing at Harding+, explained: “We always strive to make every cruise better, and the narrative behind the uniqueness of this approach is sure to capture the attention of discerning customers, both in terms of the content and the channels we're using to bring things to life. We know that Oceania Cruises guests are curious travelers, and this premium approach fits perfectly with Vista's history and style.”
To celebrate the production of this cask, Harding+ has produced a special film that tells the story of the luxury, rarity, and creative passion behind the whisky-making process. The film brings to life the cask selection process and the journey from that moment to bottling, tasting, and the final palate test.
