Costa Cruises presents the C|Club 2023 cruises, two unique event cruises with a program of activities designed exclusively for members of the Italian company's loyalty program.
These two cruises are already special from the itineraries onward: fourteen days aboard the Costa Favolosa in June, discovering everything from the most beautiful destinations in Norway to the legendary Lofoten Islands, illuminated by the midnight sun; and in September, exploring the colors, aromas, and flavors of Tunisia and Morocco. The first departure is scheduled for June 25th and the second for September 23rd, 2023.
The program of activities for C|Club members includes exclusive gastronomic experiences, new excursions, shows, themed parties, surprises, as well as special guests.
On the first of the two cruises, chefs Bruno Barbieri and Ángel León, who, along with Hélène Darroze, are responsible for the culinary excellence of Costa Cruises, will be aboard the Costa Favolosa presenting showcookings and demonstrations, featuring dishes never before offered. Ángel León will focus on seafood cuisine, while Bruno Barbieri will explore how to create more sustainable cuisine by avoiding waste.
Every night there will be a party on board, with spectacular shows and performances by internationally renowned artists. For example, the cover band DIRE STRATTO will offer a musical journey through the atmosphere and sound of the legendary British rock band Dire Straits. In addition, the cruise will feature themed parties and fun competitions for guests.
The itinerary for this inaugural C|Club cruise heads north to discover the wonders of Norway: fjords, villages nestled between verdant mountains and azure seas, and the picturesque Lofoten Islands. New excursions have been specially designed to help guests discover the traditions of these places and experience them like a true local. And on board, a travel expert will share numerous interesting facts and anecdotes to enhance each visit.
The experiences offered to C|Club members are truly unique: in Stavanger you can explore the most inaccessible fjords by speedboat; Lofoten can be discovered by kayak at sunset, with the sun still high; from Åndalsnes you can choose an excursion that will take you to an alpine cabin to taste typical Norwegian products; in Trondheim you can experience a “Viking day”.
The 2023 C|Club cruise program aboard the Costa Favolosa will be further enriched with surprises, new activities, and exceptional guests. The second of the two cruises, in September, will set sail to discover the Western Mediterranean, including Morocco and Tunisia. Planned stops include Tunis, Tangier, and Casablanca. Later, the itinerary continues to Cartagena, Málaga, Cádiz, Barcelona, Marseille, Savona, Civitavecchia/Rome, and Palermo, amidst cities of art, ancient ruins, beaches, colorful markets, traditions, and spicy flavors.
