Clem Galindo, an expert in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sector, joins Royal Caribbean International as Senior Manager of International Corporate Incentive & Charter Sales. Galindo will work from Royal Caribbean's Miami office, alongside a team of charter cruise experts, to oversee the international MICE segment of the business. He will be responsible for helping drive growth in the area and supporting the demand from international companies booking incentive trips, corporate groups, and charter cruises.

In his new role, Galindo will report to Craig Jarrett, Director, Global Corporate, Incentive & Charter Sales and will work alongside Debi Madansky and Keri Kane, senior charter sales managers for the North American market.
Clem Galindo has almost 30 years of experience in the cruise industry, 25 of them working for Royal Caribbean Group, where he has focused on the international corporate business area for Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises, working directly with partners and clients.
