Regent Seven Seas Cruises is celebrating. 2023 marks 30 years since they revolutionized the luxury cruise industry and, with their inception, marked a turning point in their segment worldwide.
To celebrate, the cruise line—part of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NCLH)—has designed a series of travel packages, each paired with a gala dinner on its exclusive ships. Each of the "30th Anniversary Voyages" pays tribute to a different and special era of sailing the seven seas, remaining true to its founding spirit and impeccable service.
In this regard, one of the new features for 2023 is the inclusion of pre- or post-embarkation shore excursions, ranging from immersion in Greek history to exploring the landscapes of the Cotswolds. For example, for a cruise departing from Trieste, the luxury cruise line is offering guests a complimentary three-day pre-cruise trip exploring Slovenia and its lakes. These types of trips, included in the fares of the selected cruise, will take place throughout the coming year to commemorate the anniversary and will be accompanied by exclusive events.
Another option before or after embarking in Istanbul is to explore Cappadocia in depth over three nights. True to its style, the company selects the most special spots, always accompanied by cultural and gastronomic immersion. On their departures from Copenhagen, they also offer various excursions from the port of embarkation, both in the city itself and on the adjacent islands or unique fishing villages where you can sample Danish delicacies.
All of this is combined with the itineraries that Regent Seven Seas offers, ranging from 7 to 21 days on its five luxury ships: Seven Seas Explorer, Seven Seas Mariner, Seven Seas Navigator, Seven Seas Splendor and Seven Seas Voyager.
Just a few days ago, Seven Seas Mariner set sail from Lima to Buenos Aires, and shortly after, Seven Seas Explorer departed from Dubai to Singapore. Both cruises offer 21 nights on board, with special events and gifts for guests, along with the finest culinary options. These new offerings will be added every month, always adapting to the tastes of the most discerning guests, and featuring increasingly exotic and experiential itineraries.
The grand finale will be the inaugural voyage of the new Seven Seas Grandeur, which will set sail from Barcelona in November 2023 and arrive in Miami - after stopping at the ports of Cadiz, Funchal and Bermuda - and after spending the winter months in the Caribbean it will return to the Mediterranean, from where all kinds of itineraries will depart for Italy, Turkey or Greece, during the spring and summer of 2024.

Alliance with Fabergé:
To mark its 30th anniversary, Regent Seven Seas and Fabergé have forged a collaboration that will culminate in the unveiling of a custom-designed Fabergé piece for Regent Seven Seas. The Egg Object, one of Fabergé's classic eggs meticulously handcrafted to reside permanently at sea, will be on display aboard the luxury cruise line's newest ship, the Seven Seas Grandeur, which will depart Barcelona for Miami in November 2023.
This unique creation also reveals a series of premieres that Fabergé has prepared, under the title "Journey in Jewels." As regular guests of Regent Seven Seas know, the luxury cruise line is renowned for possessing one of the most impressive art collections on board its ships, featuring works by artists such as Picasso, Miró, and Chagall.
The first exclusive voyage to explore the union between two benchmarks of luxury, within the 30th anniversary of Regent Seven Seas, will take place in June 2023, aboard Seven Seas Splendor from Southampton to Stockholm where guests will be able to learn in depth about Fabergé's connections with Great Britain and its royalty, just before sailing to the Nordic countries to discover the origins of Fabergé's artisans and their collections in Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
