To experience these stunning destinations in a more authentic way, Costa has designed a revamped selection of excursions, also ideal for families with children. Furthermore, the exploration of these destinations begins on board, with signature dishes from three renowned chefs—Bruno Barbieri, Hélène Darroze, and Ángel León—who interpret the flavors of the places featured in the itineraries. Onboard entertainment, with fantastic live shows, music, and themed parties, is also tailored to each destination, always offering a local touch.
In addition to the extensive offerings onboard and ashore, Costa's Christmas and New Year's cruises will feature a special program designed for the occasion, with many surprises for guests of all ages, including themed parties and shows. For example, on Christmas cruises, there will be a very special guest onboard: Santa Claus. Children can send their letters or drawings directly from the ship, and Santa will be waiting for them under the tree with lots of gifts. Adults can experience all the magic of Christmas with shows and carols. On New Year's Eve, they will celebrate with a poolside party until dawn. The menus will also be themed, with dishes inspired by tradition.
