Silversea Cruises presents the variety of dining experiences aboard its newest ship, the Silver Endeavour, the world’s most luxurious expedition ship, which will welcome guests to Antarctica starting November 21, 2022. The Silver Endeavour will feature four signature restaurants, as well as the cruise line’s Arts Café and 24-hour room service, offering discerning guests some of the finest dining experiences at sea and the luxury of choice, even while sailing in the world’s most remote regions, including Antarctica and the Arctic.

The Restaurant, the Silver Endeavour's main dining room, welcomes up to 192 guests with a modern and spacious design for atmospheric dining in an elegant setting. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the restaurant offers a wide variety of international and regional menu options.
Il Terrazzino is a nod to the cruise line's refined Italian heritage. The restaurant serves authentic Italian cuisine from an à la carte menu.
– La Dame® offers French cuisine in an intimate and refined setting. Guests can enjoy an à la carte menu or opt for a six-course tasting menu with wine pairings.
– The Grill, with 270-degree views of the destination from the stern of the ship, is the Silver Endeavour's casual restaurant, offering an à la carte menu of tasty international dishes.
– Arts Café, making its debut in Polar Regions, is a luxurious take on a classic coffee shop, located in the heart of the ship. Beautifully decorated, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering exceptional views of the destination, the café will serve an extensive collection of specialty coffees and teas, as well as a delicious selection of fresh pastries and gourmet snacks.
Built to the PC6 polar-class specifications, the Silver Endeavour is designed for polar exploration. It boasts state-of-the-art amenities, including an industry-leading Zodiac-to-guest ratio, kayaks, and cutting-edge navigation and exploration technology, such as a remote gimbal camera system capable of capturing high-quality images from up to 5 km away.
