Explora Journeys presents the full range of restaurants, bars, and lounges that will be available on board Explora I. On its inaugural voyage in May 2023, passengers will be able to enjoy an exclusive journey of discovery through food and beverages from around the world at 18 establishments based on the "Ocean State of Mind" philosophy.
Explora I will feature 11 dining experiences that blend vibrancy with privacy in a relaxed atmosphere. These include six inviting restaurants, room service, and 12 bars and lounges (eight outdoor and four indoor), plus the Chef's Kitchen experience where passengers can discover and enjoy flavors from around the world. Whether in elegant interiors, by the pool, or on a suite's private terrace, each space will be unique and designed to create memorable experiences.

Throughout the year, the wine selections will reflect the regions of the world the ship sails through, while also featuring favorite grape varieties. The onboard sommeliers will continuously source boutique wines to create an inspiring list with exciting options.
An exclusive cocktail program has also been developed for Explora I, featuring a signature drink, the "Ocean State of Mind," made with gin infused with seaweed. In addition, onboard will offer exclusive wine, whisky, and spirits tastings, pairings, mixology masterclasses, and "Meet the Winemaker" events, as well as wine-themed land-based experiences.

- Fil Rouge – a sophisticated and intimate restaurant offering a global tasting tour focused on French-inspired international cuisine.
