Swan Hellenic has unveiled full details of its expedition cruises for the 2022-2023 period, offering worldwide choice as its fleet grows to two and then three ultramodern ice-class expedition cruise ships.

During the 2023 season, the SH Minerva will focus on the Pacific, the SH Vega on the Atlantic and West Africa, and the SH Diana on the Mediterranean, the Red Sea and East Africa.
The SH Vega, sister ship of the SH Minerva, which recently set sail from Tromsø (Norway) for an inaugural cruise season exploring the magic of the Arctic, will circumnavigate the Atlantic, sailing along the coast of the Americas to cruise to Antarctica from November until March 2023, when it will sail along the west coast of Africa to the Canary Islands and Western Europe for its Arctic season.
Highlights include his "island-hopping" journey from Ushuaia to Cape Town, passing through Tristan da Cunha, the world's most remote inhabited archipelago. Also featured are the breathtaking and timeless world of the Conkouati Reserve in the Republic of Congo and Loango do Sul National Park in Gabon.
Swan Hellenic's third and largest new-generation ship, the SH Diana, will take the pioneering company back to its roots, sailing far and wide across the Mediterranean, but also traveling from the Red Sea to East Africa and beyond.
The highlight will be the numerous historical sites of culture and religion throughout the Mediterranean - including the lesser-known ancient Roman centers of North Africa.
The SH Minerva will return to Antarctica for a full season before embarking on an exceptional semi-circumnavigation from Ushuaia to Dunedin, New Zealand, exploring the vast expanses of the white continent and the islands of the South Pacific.
