Aurora Expeditions has unveiled its new 2023/24 Antarctic season, as well as a new selection of Arctic and British Isles trips in 2023 aboard the Sylvia Earle.
Aurora Expeditions' new Antarctic season features dozens of sailings on the company's two ships, the Greg Mortimer and the new Sylvia Earle. Classic Aurora voyages are combined with six innovative new itineraries, such as the Antarctic Explorer Express, a 9-day trip tailored for travelers seeking a shorter adventure on the Antarctic Peninsula, and the Circle and Weddell, an 18-day journey that aims to cross the Antarctic Circle and venture into the infamous Weddell Sea.
Travelers wishing to explore the Arctic and the British Isles in 2023 will also have several new itineraries to choose from. The Svalbard in Depth itinerary offers extra time for deeper, more authentic exploration of this magical region, while the Epic Northwest Passage voyage will attempt to sail the entire length of the Northwest Passage from western Greenland to Nome, Alaska, in 30 days. In the British Isles, a new Ireland & Scotland Discovery voyage will explore Ireland’s rugged west coast, the Hebrides, Orkney, and Shetland Islands over 17 days.
