MSC Cruises has announced today a further extension of the suspension of all its cruise departures until July 10.
MSC Cruises is offering all passengers affected by this measure a voucher for a future cruise, allowing them to transfer the amount paid for their cruise to a future cruise of their choice – on any ship, any itinerary – until the end of 2021. Additionally, passengers will receive an onboard credit of between €100 and €400 per cabin, depending on the length of their original cruise.
In addition, the company announced today that all passengers with a booking with MSC Cruises departing between July 11 and September 30, 2020 will be covered by an extension of the Book Peace program.
This flexible booking system, designed for passenger comfort and peace of mind, Reserva Tranquilo (Reserve with Confidence), allows passengers who already have a reservation on an MSC Cruises ship, whether through a travel agency or directly with the company, to reschedule their cruise for a future departure date up to one year after their current departure date. Passengers can change the departure date of these cruises at no extra cost, now also for any ship or itinerary available in the MSC Cruises fleet.
The company previously announced the temporary suspension of all its ships until May 29.
