Madrid, December 20, 2018 – Norwegian Cruise Line, the most innovative cruise company in the world of cruise travel, has begun selling its 2020/2021 winter itineraries. Highlights include the sister ships Norwegian Joy and Norwegian Encore, sailing from Miami to the Caribbean; the debut of Norwegian Escape in Port Canaveral; and the return of Norwegian Epic to San Juan.

The Caribbean, the Bahamas, Florida, and the Panama Canal
For the first time, the Norwegian Joy will sail from Miami and offer five- to seven-day cruises to the Eastern and Western Caribbean. Beginning October 24, the ship's Western Caribbean cruises will include stops in Roatán, Honduras; Harvest Caye, Belize; and Costa Maya and Cozumel, Mexico. Eastern Caribbean itineraries will include Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic; St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands; Tortola, British Virgin Islands; and the company's private island, Great Stirrup Cay, in the Bahamas.
After its first summer season in New York City, the Norwegian Encore will return to Miami for seven-day cruises to the Western Caribbean, with stops in Roatán, Honduras; Harvest Caye, Belize; and Costa Maya and Cozumel, Mexico. It will also offer 12- to 13-day cruises through the Panama Canal. For the first time in its history, beginning November 21, the Norwegian Escape will relocate its homeport to Port Canaveral and offer five- to seven-day Western Caribbean itineraries. The ship will also sail two four-day cruises to the Bahamas, with stops in Nassau, Freeport, and Great Stirrup Cay.
After its summer season in Miami, the Norwegian Breakaway will return to New Orleans on November 22, to make seven-day cruises to the Western Caribbean with stops at Roatan Island, Honduras; Harvest Caye, Belize; and Costa Maya and Cozumel, Mexico.
Starting December 20, the Norwegian Epic returns to San Juan, Puerto Rico, for seven-day cruises to the crystal-clear waters of the southern Caribbean with stops in Willemstad, Curaçao; Oranjestad, Aruba; Castries, St. Lucia; Basseterre, St. Kitts; and Kralendijk, Bonaire.
On November 30, the Norwegian Gem will return to New York to sail a variety of 10-, 11-, 12-, and 14-day cruises to the Southern Caribbean. Beginning in December, the Norwegian Getaway will sail a selection of seven- and eight-day cruises to the Bahamas and Florida from New York, including stops in Port Canaveral, Florida; Nassau; and Great Stirrup Cay, Bahamas. The ship will also sail five-day Eastern Caribbean cruises from Miami. The Norwegian Jade will be docked in Tampa, Florida, starting November 22, and will sail a variety of Western and Southern Caribbean cruise itineraries through April 11.
The Norwegian Pearl will also offer a mix of Western and Southern Caribbean cruises, as well as Panama Canal and Bahamas itineraries, departing from Miami on November 4. The 11-day Panama Canal cruises aboard the Norwegian Pearl will sail to Cartagena, Colombia; Colón, Panama; Puerto Limón, Costa Rica; Roatán Island, Honduras; Harvest Caye, Belize; and Costa Maya, Mexico. The ship's four-day Bahamas cruise will include visits to Freeport, Nassau, and Great Stirrup Cay.
Mexican Riviera
Starting October 18, the Norwegian Bliss will return to Los Angeles for a variety of itineraries, including five- to seven-day cruises to the Mexican Riviera. It will also offer a selection of 16-day Panama Canal cruises from Los Angeles and Miami and back. While in Miami, it will also sail seven-day Eastern Caribbean cruises.
Hawaii and Australia
Recently refurbished from stern to bow, the Norwegian Jewel will embark on a selection of 10- to 16-day sailings to Hawaii and French Polynesia, as well as cruises to Australia and New Zealand, beginning October 9. The ship's Hawaii and French Polynesia voyages will include stops in Bora Bora, Moorea, and Nuku Hiva, French Polynesia; Lahaina, Maui; Nuawiliwili, Kauai; and Hilo and Kona, both destinations on Hawaii's Big Island. Its popular Australia and New Zealand sailings will visit some of New Zealand's most beautiful destinations.
South America
Starting December 19, the Norwegian Star will sail 14-day cruises around South America with various stops in Uruguay; Argentina; Chile; Honduras; Harvest Caye, Belize; and Costa Maya, Mexico.
