French and Austrian passengers, on the other hand, prefer to escape the winter cold and enjoy relaxing vacations under the warm Caribbean sun, traveling on cruises like the one departing from Guadeloupe that visits different islands each day. The French also favor trips to Mauritius, Madagascar, or the Seychelles.

The 2019 Round the World voyage aboard the Costa Luminosa will visit destinations such as Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Easter Island, Polynesia, New Zealand, Australia, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Sri Lanka, India, Dubai, Oman, and Jordan, always traveling westward. Tickets for the 2020 and 2021 editions of the Round the World voyage are now available. These itineraries will focus on Africa and the Americas, allowing travelers to experience destinations such as India, the Maldives, South Africa, Tierra del Fuego, Chile, Peru, and New York.
