Barcelona, Spain – March 2, 2018 – Celebrity Cruises, Royal Caribbean's premium cruise line, has unveiled all the details of the culinary offerings on its newest ship, Celebrity Edge. Michelin-starred chef Cornelius Gallagher has designed the menus for the ship's 29 restaurants and bars, which include four main restaurants and seven specialty restaurants.

Four main restaurants
Celebrity Cruises has redesigned the main dining experience aboard Celebrity Edge across its four main restaurants. Each is inspired by a specific region of the world, and their menus include some of the signature dishes already famous throughout the fleet.
Tuscan Restaurant, with its Italian-inspired dishes and specialty of handmade pasta, and Normandie Restaurant, featuring delicious French cuisine, are just some of the options. At Cyprus, passengers will enjoy the finest Mediterranean cuisine in a space designed by renowned Spanish designer Patricia Urquiola. Finally, there's family-friendly fare at the Cosmopolitan,. These four restaurants offer the most extensive menu in Celebrity Cruises history.
More to choose from, more to savor
Celebrity Edge features seven new specialty restaurants offering an incredible array of flavors and experiences. Fine Cut Steakhouse will delight travelers with the finest steaks and seafood cooked to their specifications. Those seeking a more casual dining experience can head to the Rooftop Garden Grillfor a mouthwatering barbecue. Eden Restaurant will surprise guests by combining a culinary and sensory experience. Raw on Five will offer the finest seafood from St. Tropez and New England, with dishes including oysters, crab, and lobster.
For those with a sweet tooth, Le Grand Bistro offers the finest pastries for both breakfast and afternoon tea. In the evening, the restaurant transforms into the TableMations Studio Experience, where a 3D animated character "prepares" each dish before the waiters serve it.
When the Magic Carpet (a mobile platform located on the outside of the ship) is placed on deck 5, an outdoor extension will be added to the restaurant, which will be the Dinner on the Edge with locally sourced menus, thanks to an onboard chef who will visit local markets to pick up nearby ingredients.
Furthermore, dining on the Celebrity Edge is even more exclusive for those staying in suites. Suite Class guests have access to the private Luminae at The Retreat , while AquaClass guests will exclusively enjoy the flavors of the award-winning Blu, a spa-inspired restaurant.
Innovative bars and lounges
The Celebrity Edge will feature 11 bars and lounges on board, including the iconic Martini Bar and the already revealed Eden Bar and others such as; The Theatre Bar; The Casino Bar; The Club; Café Al Bacio; The Pool Bar and Edge Cabanas; Sunset Bar; and Il Secondo Bacio.
Suite Class passengers will have exclusive access to The Retreat Lounge and The Retreat Pool Bar.
The Celebrity Edge will make its maiden voyage in November 2018 from the port of Fort Lauderdale and will spend its inaugural season cruising the Caribbean on seven-night itineraries. In 2019, the ship will transport travelers to the breathtaking sights of the Mediterranean on 11-night itineraries visiting cities such as Barcelona and Rome.
