Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings announces changes to the organizational structure of Continental Europe

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. has announced changes to the organizational structure of its continental European operations that will allow it to further leverage its extensive corporate resources and expertise in the region and continue to strengthen its presence in the European cruise market.

Kevin Bubolz has been appointed Vice President and Managing Director of NCL Europe. Kevin has a long and successful career with the company, having held numerous finance, sales, and marketing roles, and is ideally positioned to lead sales, marketing, and public relations activities for the NCL brand in continental Europe and Scandinavia, reporting to Harry Sommer, Executive Vice President of International Business Development.

In addition, the company has announced the appointment of Todd Hamilton as Senior Director of Commercial Planning. In his new role, Todd will oversee strategy, financial analysis, IT, and operations activities and collaborate with revenue management across the international organization for the Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises brands. Hamilton will also report to Harry Sommer.

Continuing with the changes, the company has also announced the promotion of two team members from the Wiesbaden office. Julia-Christin Wiencke has been promoted to Marketing Director for NCL EuropeTina Kunze has been promoted to Planning and Operations Director for NCL Europe. Both Julia and Tina will report to Kevin Bubolz.

Christian Boell and Evelyn Ackermann have left the company . During his tenure, Christian Boell played a key role in bringing a fifth Norwegian Cruise Line ship to Europe, the Norwegian Jade, and introducing Premium All Inclusive to the European market.
