Two days later, on Tuesday, while a general strike was underway in Catalonia, the Mein Schiff 5 canceled its 7:00 PM arrival in Barcelona and headed to Valencia, where it arrived after 4:00 AM. Throughout Tuesday morning, the Mein Schiff 5 remained at dock 2 of the Port of Valencia, while many of its passengers explored the city. They were scheduled to board at 5:30 PM to continue their journey to Ibiza.
