The RV African Dream, 's new luxury ship , which will sail from December 2017 around southern Africa, is currently being finalized at the shipyard in Harare, Zimbabwe.
This unique, five-anchor class vessel will be completed in early August 2017 and will have to travel 1,000 km across the African savanna to reach its home port in Kasane, Botswana. The RV African Dream measures 40 meters in length and 8 meters in beam, so it will have to be divided into two sections to be transported by the only trailer in southern Africa capable of handling such a load.
