For the first time, Star Clippers will sail in Indonesian waters in 2017, offering 19 cruises from Java to the islands of Karimunjawa, Bali, Komodo, Satonda, Lombok, Gili Meno, and Gili Trawangan (also known as Gili Nanggu). Departures will be between October 6 and 14, 2017, from Singapore and Bali. The four-masted Star Clipper will make port calls, where passengers can learn about Indonesian culture.
The ship will anchor in the bays of Indonesia. Travelers will be able to explore the "land of a thousand islands." In the cities, towns, and markets, passengers will discover Indonesian culture and its pantheon of gods.
In addition to the cultural aspect, guests can also enjoy sports activities such as snorkeling, diving, kayaking and canoeing.
The Royal Clipper will sail the Western Mediterranean from the ports of Cannes, Venice, Rome or Lisbon to the islands off the Adriatic coast of Croatia, Italy, Corsica and Greece.
On the other hand, the Star Flyer will depart from Athens, Venice, Malaga, Malta, and Istanbul, visiting Patmos, Amorgos, Mykonos, Santorini, Hydra, Skiathos, and Skopelos. Guests will also be delighted by the various Turkish and Croatian ports, with planned stops in Kusadasi, Dikili, Canakkale, Dubrovnik, Korcula, Hvar, Mali Lošinj, and Kotor in Montenegro.
Some cruises will also visit Spanish ports: Cartagena, Ibiza, Mahón, Roquetas de Mar or the Canary Islands, among others.
