Intercruises Shoreside and Port Services, a company focused on providing global shore assistance and port services to the ocean and river cruise industry, has announced the appointment of Olga Piqueras as Managing Director, alongside Mark Robinson, who will serve as Chairman
Olga has worked for the company since Intercruises' inception and previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Global Operations, leading a team that supported all ground handling and port agency operations worldwide. Olga has over 25 years of experience in the port and aviation sectors and prior to joining Intercruises worked for Eurohandling UTE BCN and British Airways.

Mark Robinson, who helped create and has led Intercruises since 2003, takes on the role of Chairman and expands his responsibilities within Intercruises' parent company, Hotelbeds Group, by becoming Regional Director for the Mediterranean and Europe in charge of services and destination, a full-service global DMC.

Olga is an excellent leader and the ideal person to continue the development of Intercruises, supported by a strong team of experienced professionals. I want to have a strategic role rather than the overall day-to-day management of the business, but I will maintain a strong focus on Intercruises and continue to be in contact with stakeholders in the cruise industry, including cruise lines, ports, and destination authorities,” said Mark Robinson, Regional President of Intercruises and Managing Director for Europe and the Mediterranean, Destination Services.
